Outstanding. From the care and guidance of Adrian and Zoe in the shop through to the amazing fitters, first class throughout. I can’t speak highly enough of Neil, Rick and Tom who did our Amtico throughout the downstairs and Steve who did our carpets. Not a single thing is not perfect. Highly highly recommend. You would be mad to go anywhere else.

A genuine five stars from me. Westbrook carpets and laminates did the whole ground floor of my house, over two days, removed all the old laminate flooring and underlay and then fitted new underlay and some beautiful quick step flooring. Having looked at a number of retailers and carpets we went to Westbrook Carpets. The service we received was exceptional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble. Samples dropped off at short notice and sensible advice given. The fitter did an amazing job of fitting given that the job was not straightforward as the pictures perhaps show. We will definitely go back.
Fantastic job done by Westbrook Carpets and Laminates. We had pretty much the whole of our downstairs done, with the kitchen, lounge, dining room and hall in a herringbone, and it looks amazing!! Great service and advice from start to finish, from Adrian coming out to have a look and measure, to everyone in the shop helping with samples, and then to Dom and his team doing a brilliant job with the install.
