Westbourne is a lovely home with a friendly atmosphere and fantastic staff. The management are especially helpful and no need is left unattended!
Excellent staff, provide excellent care. Julie Platton goes above and beyond for residents, their family and the staff. Despite fake reviews and unprofessionalism from other worker's in the industry this will not change. I've never found any of the staff anything but kind, polite and very helpful. Always showing dignity and respect.
