I attended a Health Check appointment for a diabetes risk assessment on 29th July and was seen by Sheuli. She was very professional and knowledgeable throughout. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and care. I really appreciated her approachable and reassuring manner. Thank you Sheuli, for the excellent care.

The receptionists and doctors are all so kind, helpful and attentive. I've also had no trouble at all getting appointments. Highly recommend - I feel very grateful this is my local GP surgery.

The receptionists go out of their way to help both of us. We are complex with many issues to manage. We have used the Practice for 28 years and it has improved enormously over the years. The rest of the team, who we don’t meet, do a great job too in answering and helping quickly with queries. Excellent nurses and doctors too of course.

The whole team at West4GP’s are FANTASTIC. We have been through a worrying time with our daughter and everyone has been so helpful, working together to solve problems. Every reception team member is so efficient whilst being empathic, the GP’s have called when necessary and have been brilliant and Shannon makes us feel we are in the best hands. Thank you to you all!
