The Audacity to call this a bus service. This is a “May or may not show up” service. They charge exorbitant fees for short journeys on Busses that don’t show up 50% of the time, and when they do they’ll be between 5-15 minutes late at every stop. First Busses made £84 million in profits last year to provide a sub-par service to the people of Yorkshire. Shameful.
Sunday 30th March 2025. The clocks were altered by one hour today (BST) but nobody told the professors who programme the WY Metro Website, so as usual when we alter the clocks their FIND MY NEXT BUS facility was a shambles. This happens everytime we alter the clocks by one hour for BST. Twice a year you can guarantee their website 'Find My Next Bus' will go completely up the spout. Once again well done Mayor Brabin. You never learn from the past do you?

buses continually late or cancelled and always very cold just not good enough
Total chaos Sunday 27 October 2024. All sorts of duff information coming up when you check the Metro Website: FIND YOUR NEXT BUS. Metro forgot we altered the clocks by one hour today, and to make matters worse, First altered loads of their bus route numbers. I saw crowds of confused people at bus stops in Headingley. Metro and First couldn't organise a knees-up in a brewery between them. LEEDS is third largest city in the UK and the powers that be are hopeless. Well done Metro, the Mayor's office and First buses.
