The booking was handled well but I wouldn't book through this company again as the whole situation is misleading. The reviews of properties don't really reflect the actual property as only the reviews the owners choose go on the website, any poor reviews don't get published. This is incredibly misleading as most people book a holiday based on reviews from other holiday makers, I should have been more suspicious when I only saw glowing reviews for the property I booked. Ty-Cam cottage Abercych. We have just enjoyed a four night stay over the Christmas period at Ty-Cam. The cottage was immaculately clean & beautifully decorated for Christmas including a tree. The property was extremely comfortable and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The Nag's Head close by, served excellent food. The weather was mild allowing woodland & beach walks. I wish I would have checked this company on Trustpilot before booking. We have booked on the website of West Wales Holiday Cottages a lovely looking accommodation called "Rhyd y Brown Farmhouse" for the time period 10th – 17th August 2024. It only had superb reviews and we were really looking forward to our stay. On the 10th August at 4pm we arrived at the property, where a key has been left for us.
