Robert came out to re-install my garage doors after we had rebuilt our garage. He was highly professional and installed the garage doors very efficiently. Friendly service. Highly recommended!
Tried to arrange a new lock for our garage. Initially said he can come the next day, said I will order a key and try that first. Didn't work so contacted the day after to arrange a day for him to come and fit a new lock, remote key. No response to texts, rang 5 days later to see if he could give me an exact day and he complained that he's too busy and won't be able to get to us till the end of the week. Phoned about a problem with my door, the guy came out and fixed great service can't fault them.
Excellent speedy service. Courteous and friendly whilst doing a brilliant job on a very hot day. I highly recommend this company. Well done.
I had a problem with my garage door on Sunday. 6.2.22. Monday morning I phoned West Wales Garage Doors and spoke to Robert. He said he'd get back to me in the afternoon. I got a phone call but I wasn't at home at that time. Robert waited till I returned. Sorted my garage door out, no problem. A very pleasant polite guy. Very professional with his work and I wouldn't give him 5 stars, I'd give him 6. Good job.
