Palo Alto Medical Foundation provides some of the best health care in the south bay. I won't name drop, but you are some of the best doctors around from pre-Sutter times. Thanks for the care you provide each and every day.
The rude asian lady at the reception desk really makes visiting here an unpleasant experience. She sits on the left desk when you walk in and facing the reception desk. I've taken my child here several times and every single time she snapped back at me (and other people) for asking the simplest of questions regarding my appointment and clearly seems bothered to engage in any talking with visitors.
