We have rented a property through West for almost 18 years and the service has been impeccable throughout. There have been few changes of personnel and these have had no effect on the quality of service. West has responded promptly to reported problems including, on one occasion, fitting a new oven when the old one failed a few days before Christmas, and fitting a new header tank in the airing cupboard at a couple of hours notice when the old one started leaking dramatically.
