The appt was on time, efficient, and the staff was courteous and friendly. I was impressed with the improvements made to the facility. Looks like they are on the right path.
I had two occasions to visit WTVAHS at Big Spring for eye surgery, staying 3 days each time. From the time I arrived until the time I left, everyone was so friendly, professional, and concerned for my welfare all the time that irt was difficult not to feel like family. The lady who made the 1st call for my appointments set the stage and throughout the whole time nobody took away from her welcoming contact, and in fact just added to the enjoyment of the visits. i'd like to know why i cannot get pain medication (tramadol), nothing at all. i have a knee with no cartilage, arthritis, lower back and neck pain, spinal stenosis. sometimes i can barely walk. i go to the green clinic at big spring va. viet nam war veteran. i know a few other viet nam and viet nam era vets whose pain meds were taken away. some are buying pain meds from drug dealers on the street. way to go va, helping the criminal element take advantage of war veterans.
Never really had a bad experience , no long waiting time for appointments . So far so good
We were treated very well. 3 tests were done in sequence and we were done before the last appointment time.
Fast awesome service. Specifically for a walk in appt.

Everyone was so nice. they took good care of me. The nurse and doctor told me what they were doing step by step. The procedure was strange but the the whole experience was awesome. Thank Dr Joseph, Becky, Lois and the rest of his team. Love ya all
