This is ridiculous! I've called multiple numbers with no answer or they we other places instead of the VA! I'm so fed up with this place! My Grandpa needs a shower aid! I've had aps called and the VA said they would help me.... It's been two months and they just keep ignoring me! My Grandpa deserves better!

I had to go to the local emergency room in May for internal bleeding, since it was after 10 pm I had no where else to go. I have,done every thing I was told I needed to do. This is the third time I've been here...taken a day off to come with my husband to get my disabled veteran ID card and the system is down....I call ahead of time to find out ifs it's working and no one will answer the phone or return your call. I drive from San Angelo to do this.

Eric Woods I've been trying to get an appointment with the doctor for a month now, calling every other day and never getting to speak with anyone.
