Multiple times I have called in my prescription refills only to discover that someone has dropped the ball. I am always in complaint with the opioid pain killers contract that is current. There has to be a better way than some asshole not doing their job and, making Veterans go through dangerous withdrawals for no reason whatsoever. No sleep, throwing up, diarrhea, cramping all night and day just because someone is unwilling to do the job. “I DON’T TAKE these Medications For Fun”.

Always taken care of me...I have heard of others in other VA facilities not getting treatment or appointments in a timely manner, but the Big Spring VA has always taken good care of me and given me appointments in a timely manner.
Big Spring VA is wonderful. It would be of service to all Veterans to increase the scope and services provided here, there is plenty of room available.
It was amazing great staff friendly doctors beautiful
After all I have heard, they did awesome and gave me great advice. I came home satisfied.
