Purchased a car from West Suffolk Cars last week and have to say this was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I’m always dubious about seeking 2nd hand cars as it always seems such a minefield with garages/dealers. Mark was most helpful from the first phone call through to collection. A genuine and reputable garage and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and buy from West Suffolk Cars again in the future.
Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The car is lovely and Mark was so helpful and friendly. Not pushy in anyway which is exactly how I like it and more likely to buy from someone like that. He only ever has a handful of cars, so takes pride in what he buys and sells. There was another gentlemen buying a car at the same time who was overly happy at the time which is always a good sign.
I messaged Mark late one evening to arrange a viewing on a car. He messaged back that evening and we arranged everything. I went to view the car a couple of days later and I was given a good amount of information relating to the car and it’s history, warts and all. I would absolutely recommend buying a car from WSC.
Arranged an appointment to view a car only to be told it had been sold a couple of days later! Very poor communication as I tried to see the car sooner and had finance in place. One star is generous!
