Absolutely shocking. Complete waste of space that lot. I was told i would be contacted by a keyworker which hasn't happened. This was months ago after being prescribed medication. Again this service is absolutely appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
CERTAIN STAFF MEMBERS CHARLOTE BREACH YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY BY GOSSIPING TO THEIR FRIENDS BUT THEN WON'T TELL FAMILY DUE TO BREACH OF CONFIDENTIALITY. PUT IN A COMPLAINT AND PUT THROUGH TO WORKER INSTEAD. AFTER BUILDING TRUST TO OPEN UP AND GET SUPPORT HAS KNOCKED IT ALL AWAY.... NO TRUST THEY'RE MEANT TO HELP PEOPLE NOT GOSSIP....

The let me down team. That's what I call them. That's all they do.
Never picks up the phone and when they do they are just rude Julie on front desk is refusing when they get paid to help. Been on the desk for 5 years yet have no customer service. I have asked multiple times to speak someone yet they said they will keep putting the phone down when she heard them say we have changed my appointment to over the phone. Doesn’t make sense when they book appointment for February and canceled it because they was short staffed.
