The staff was very nice, responsable walk me over the process step. Very clean and organized. They were so nice to stop for two minutes while I spoke at my Team meeting. I would recommend this staff in a heartbeat.
Great job by Randy and Jalen. They showed up on time and worked continuously for 12 Hours. My tub was the original cast iron tub from 1955. They cleaned everything up and left it in better shape than it was before they started. We are very pleased with the finished job and appreciate how Randy kept us informed throughout the day. We would highly recommend him and Jalen for future work.

The 3 employees (Steven F., Mason H. & Trever C.) that came to do our shower conversion were wonderful! Very conscientious, meticulous & super friendly! They did my conversion in less than 7 hours! The shower itself exceeds my expectations! Clean, crisp, really happy with how it looks! Will definitely recommend West Shore & this “A Team” of employees to anyone & everyone!!

Anthony and George just got done installing my new walk-in shower. They did an amazing job. Very professional and explained everything before they started and also as they were moving along. Very happy with the end result. Absolutely no mess left after they where done. You have two really great employees, and with also being in the blue color workforce that is hard to find these days.
Luke, Ben, Charlie, Carlos & William from the Raleigh branch office did an outstanding job! I could not be happier!
