The crew that converted my tub yo a walk in shower were prompt and did an excellent job. They kept me updated throughout the process informing me of every step. When the job was completed the did an excellent job of cleaning up. They had me look the job over for approval. Highly recommend Wesr Shore and Caleb S who presented West Shore to us.

We decided to pay over $14k knowing it was a ripped-off price because they promised to finish the bathtub to shower conversion within a day (from 8 am-5 pm). They even showed us the progress of how they did multiple times within a daytime span and convinced us how professional they were. Well, it took them over a day. We sincerely apologize to the Trans for their frustration. There was an issue with part of the shower surround that caused a delay in completion. Even though the issue was minor we believe in a perfect installation at West Shore Home. There was a delay in completing the installation in 1 day but that is because we want even the smallest detail to be perfect for our customers.
I just wanted to say , I was very pleased with the work that Jose and Jordan did with the shower installation at my home. They were very personable, professional and very polite. They did a great job , and I would definitely recommend West Shore Home to my family and friends.
The sales two, Paul, was so polite and easy to work with. The installers (Allen, Demetrius and Shawn, showed up on time, were well mannered, efficient, and very helpful. Even the electrician that was brought in to assist with the removal of my tub jets, was very nice. I love the walk in shower. It is beautiful! When I had a question about one of the shower head, they immediately contacted the project manager and sales rep, who completely satisfied my question. I highly recommend this company.

I signed a form with West Shore Home for a tub/ shower rehab on 9.19.23. They required me to pay a $4,000 down. The salesman said that I could get a full refund less a restocking fee if supplies had been ordered, which it hadn't as it's only been a few business days. He failed to inform me of a 35% cancelation fee at the time of signing. I signed a one page form, which the cancelation fee was not listed.
