Nathan, Dan, Victoria, John, Caro, Ivan, and Deshawn came out and did our windows. They were on time, they informed us every step of the way of what to expect, replaced rotted wood from years of water damage and were overall a pleasure to have in our home. I would happily have West Shore come back to work on other projects in our home.

They explained the work being done, answered questions and maintained a high level of professionalism the whole time. We are quite pleased and will definitely recommend them!

This install went great. I was very impressed with the team from the time they came in at 8 am till the project was complete.
