Horrible company. We started a refinance in late December. Once I was told I was approved and rates had been locked in they said we could order the appraisal.( this wasn't until mid febuary..) After I paid 500 dollars for an appraisal I was sent new loan applications to fill out... didn't make sense that I was approved already but need new applications? The senior loan officer was called to get a pre approval letter..She asked if she was to send it to Joy. I said no we changed agents and gave the new name and phone number. Within 10 minutes of ending that conversation the loan officer called our prior agent and she texted me about this.... I find this a breech of privacy and will NOT be using them

It has been 63 days since my mortgage was paid off at Union Home Mortgage. I am owed $1,377.58 in escrow money held by them. I have not received a check, contacted them multiple times. They have now changed their automated system where I cannot reach a live person nor rectify this situation. I simply go into a loop with no solution and no way to escape their automated loop. It is beyond frustrating to not even reach a live person to try and correct this situation. Bill Vogel
Took over a month to close on a refinance until a supervisor had to close my deal, didn’t have both property’s on paperwork, send 2 bills a month, mistakenly applied a monthly payment towards principal then sent me a past due notice, had my escrow account messed up with a shortfall, I get a property tax notice from the county every 6 months because they pay it at the last minute, takes days usually to hear back from them if at all. I am highly disappointed in choosing them to refinance through. I find them to be lazy
I wish you could give a - 5! DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!?????????? Horrible Service! ?????????? Non responsive to questions, emails, phone calls, etc. Charging fees that are unexplained!??????????
I'm absolutely astonished at how inconsistent/ridiculous this company is. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing and the head is nowhere to be found. They miscalculated our needed escrow amount which raised our monthly payment.(which is fine, that happens) I contacted them multiple times and asked if we paid the shortage mount if our bill would go back to normal and was assure it would. Bait and Switch, while we were searching multiple offers from different companies we were told multiple times that if we went with the loan they were offering we would be able to recast it for $250, which would give us the flexibility to close on a house we were purchasing prior to closing on our home that we were selling and it would lock a rate in so the earlier the better, and once recast our payment would be reduced to the new loan total.
