I’ve been a customer of West Road Customs for years and have always seen them work incredibly hard, taking real pride in what they do. Sadly, their Bodyshop technician passed away a while ago — he was a much-loved part of the team — and that department has been closed since, with plans to reopen when the time feels right. Went to get my window trims fitted and painted along with other body work after being let down by another cowboy mechanic. The standard of work I recieved was extremely poor, the paint work didnt properly match the body colour and was poorly finished. The owner also had my car for 3 weeks longer than agreed, twice asking me to collect it then saying it wasnt done when I arrived. Evrytime you call apparently they're busy 😆, that shop is more dead then a cemetery, customer service 2/10

I genuinely cannot thank the guy who helped me on boxing day enough. I had a long drive to make to Glasgow and he took time out to do a repair for me. Did not Rob me like many others would have and was incredibly understanding. Thank you so much.

Phoned before picking up a set of tyres to get the all clear for fitting them. Once I appeared 30 mins later was told that they “I really cant be bothered fitting them, will take an hour… and I can’t be bothered with that today” Not an issue, I’ll take my business else where. Sets a bad example for the town.
