RecommendedI have been going to West Penn for eons and have always had the best thorough and professional contact exams. Service is always outstanding and friendly. They have a great selection of eye wear and always treat you like family.
waiting time was too long
They don’t explain what happens when they dilate your eyes then send you to drive home alone unable to see or focus on anything. “Oh you’ll be fine” is not what they should be saying. Explaining the procedure and not doing it if you’re alone is the responsible thing.
I had a great experience here today, fantastic staff, very helpful and I found the perfect new eyeglasses!
The place where I got my glasses from, closed. I was nervous about going to West Penn. They treated me nice. They understood what I wanted. I love my new glasses. I got my new glasses within a week. I will go back
