This place is like something out of a horror movie. I’m diabetic and they didn’t give me any insulin for three days because the genius doctor didn’t pass on my care plan. When I finally got insulin one nurse would purposely try and under dose me. Additionally, the nurses kept tampering with my insulin pen so that the plunger was up and no insulin would come out. My friend killed herself after reporting an assault by one of the staff here in 2021. Another person I knew hung herself on the ward. I was there on the ward myself on the day she begged them not to discharge her because that’s what she was going to do and the staff literally laughed at her and told her to go home. The staff are the most vicious, evil, disgusting human beings I have ever encountered. They sit on their phones and laugh at you and bully you and mock you for being unwell. If you were on fire they would give you more petrol, tick some sheets of paper and send you on your way. Not all the staff are bad (some are horrific) it’s just a lack of money for adult mental health care. I have more things wrong with me now than when I first went to west park. The crisis team are an absolute joke, no empathy or desire to help, like they choose your life or death depending on what mood they are in . Hate the place PTSD central, cafe is ok

If only I could rate this place lower! For starters, I believe the place to be incompetent, the receptionists appear clueless upon our arrival, they're rude and often ignore us when we are trying to talk with them about our appointment, and only take notes of it through sticky-notes on their desk without appearing to tell staff.
