Big thank you to Tommy for being very helpful, efficient and honest on working out a deal on our new Jaecoo J7. So far very happy with the car. Aftersales are honestly out of this world. I have never known a company like it and wish I read some of the aftersales comments prior to choosing this garage. Purchased from this company as opposed to private to get some form of service, but I can honestly say I would never purchase from this company again. I change my cars every 6-9 months and this is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with - period. Great service from Tommy and Ardi and the rest of the team. From the initial phone call with Tommy where I enquired about an Evoque for Mum, to the collection day less than a week later, the customer service was top tier! Tommy was patient, courteous and took excellent care of Mum and me. My Mum was handled with so much care and I am super grateful to Tommy for his knowledge and answering and honouring all of our questions and requests. 5 Highly recommend!
