Truly professional service from start to finish
We had a great experience at West Midlands veterinary referrals. I felt Willow was in safe hands from the moment we arrived. Chris the surgeon was great he explained everything that Willow had and explained what we had to do next. We even had a call the next asking how Willow was. An email from the physio explaining some massages to do on Willow. All the staff were very friendly from the reception team to the vets. River had a large abscess, which was found after scans and tests. Removed. Excellent care given. Now at home recovering. 2 years on she's still doing great and perfectly mental as befits a Spingle Spangle.
WM referrals were amazing from the referral from our own vet to the recovery of our dogs operation. Staff are so friendly and loved Ruby when she was there. Dumitri operated on Ruby and went through so much information and made sure we understood eveurbing before going though with it, I had 2 phone calls updating me on the day of rubys operation and have had a phone call from them to check how she’s recovering only 3 days after her op! Everything has been perfect, can’t thank them all enough
