I have serviced my 2 years old Suzuki car at this service in May 2025. 2 weeks after my service was done, an engine malfunction light came up on my dashboard and a screen notification: contact an authorised dealer. So I tried to contact West London Suzuki Barnes service as they were the last people servicing my car. At first, I was told that I took wrong number and they are not who I want to speak to. I put my car in for a service on 23rd December. As I walked through the door and went towards service desk, Egli, the guy at the desk introduced himself and told me it would be upto a 4 or 5 hour wait I'm a motability customer and needed to be at Charing Cross Hospital by 5pm, it was now 1230. Egli said he would do his best to prioritise the job. I was in the pub next door when 2 hours later I received a call from Egli, car was ready and had also been valeted. Excellent service.

This is a rating for their service department. They looked after a recall on my SX4 S-Cross and were very polite and efficient. They also kindly valeted my car, which other Suzuki garages (ahem, Watford) haven’t done, even when I was having paid work done! I shall return here if I ever need any further work doing on my car. Thanks guys :-)
