I contacted West London Plumbing for a new boiler quote on recommendation from neighbours and friends who had used them. The quote was very competitive but moreover I was more interested in responsiveness, the quality of workmanship and the quality of the product. I must say I was very impressed on all counts. I have had a new boiler installed with everything left back the way I expected. Got the job done, however, I felt, in my opinion, that when issues occurred, they were unpleasant to deal with. Being fair, some of the issues were unanticipated, and we did reach resolutions, however, I felt that at times, the resolutions were difficult to arrive at.

I contacted West London Plumbing because I had evidence of a leak in my heating system. I wanted to minimise redecorating and they recommended non intrusive leak detection. The leak was found on the same visit and I received a quotation to repair after the visit. I was delighted with the efficient service provided and I will definitely contact them in the future.

Recently had a new Vaillant boiler installed by West London Plumbing. They came highly recommended by a family member. Very pleased with the new boiler. Jamie and Jacob were friendly and experienced. Great job. Will certainly use West London Plumbing in the future and will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Our toilet was leaking badly and I called West London Plumbing to help. The issue was repaired very quickly. They were very prompt in attending to the emergency. Staff were very helpful and I would definitely recommend them.
