Excellent professionalism and care by the nurse this morning who listened to my concerns and fitted in a blood test ahead of a telephone appointment with the doctor. Thank you
Kelly made me feel really comfortable and spoke to me the whole way through my appointment. She explained everything I needed to know in detail and made me feel as ease
Lucy was fantastic! My 3.5 year old was a bit nervous to come to the Drs and had her baby doll (comforter) with her. Lucy was so kind ito both! Talking to baby as much as my daughter and involving her in the process which reassured my daughter. She was swift with the injections and made the whole process as smooth as it could be. Thank you so much. (And for being so positive and friendly at an 07:30 appointment!)
Lucy was very polite,professional and performed very well.she has helped heal my drain site wound that was infected and is a lovely member of staff
The nurse was excellent today. Helpful and understanding.
