Catherine is so thorough, a really good listener and has worked her magic on my back pain after having a baby, I feel like a new person, I can’t thank you enough! I now have a long term plan that I can self manage my tendency for flare ups with.
I can't speak highly enough of Cat. She's helped me massively recover from knee and back injuries and get back into a good exercise routine. I've been to a few physios over the years and she's the best.

When I began receiving treatment from Catherine I was experiencing pain and discomfort every time I stood up or went for a walk. All such discomfort has significantly reduced, which is due to my daily adherence to Catherine's specifically designed exercise plan.
