Never see a GP! Too small and the village and surrounding area is expanding with new builds and more and more people moving into the area expanding the population. Area needs a new health centre !!!!

18 years ago when I first arrived here, it was a brilliant Practice. Full of doctors who could be seen quickly. These days it's the usual thing of ringing at 8.30 am and being way down the queue. Appointments tend to be, if granted, with a nurse practitioner. They are skilled in their areas but lack the medical knowledge of a qualified doctor. The staff at this practice do their best but the people who own/manage it need to be removed and give the practice to people who cares about providing an efficient health service and not a money making machine. It is a ridiculous process to try to secure an appointment. 0830 in the morning and you immediately are in a telephone queue of at least 15 other poor souls trying to make an appointment. I went to this surgery to get help for my struggles with getting to sleep and the male doctor told me to do yoga or mediate before bed and wrote me off.
