This morning I met Rachel and had my first in a series of sessions to help release tension that I carry in my back caused by a number of issues and repetitive strain movements. It was a great session and I came away much more free after just the first session thanks so much. Looking forward to the next session already!

Graeme spent a long time getting to know me and understanding my issue holistically, he made me feel welcome and unrushed. He has a vast knowledge and is happy to share it. He really listened to me, like really listened, before getting to an agreed treatment plan. It’s a lovely little studio, I felt comfortable and relaxed. I dont often leave reviews but really happy to this time. I would definitely recommend Graeme. Very quick communication when i requested an appointment. He was very friendly, took time to find out what why i felt i needed a treatment. He is knowledgeable and professional and he took time throughout the appointment to clearly explain the process. I definitely plan on going back.
My daughter and I had a deep tissue massage with Rachel and it was wonderful! She was so lovely and put us at ease as it was our first time and we weren’t quite sure what to expect… very knowledgeable and really knew what she was doing. Already looking forward to my next one!
