I went to West Herr Subaru. I was unsure if I wanted a Subaru or a Toyota. Justin Morgante was my salesmen who made sure I purchased the car the worked best for me. He brought me Toyota’s from the West Herr Toyota dealership so I could compare. He was prompt, knowledgeable and gave me his recommendations like we were friends. A big thank you shout out to Justin!
Great salesman Chris, great manager Jon, poor attention from the detailed and delivery staff, having all the parts of the new car on it and all the items that were supposed to be part of the deal. Attention to detail! Don’t be in a hurry. If you are spending that kind of money, on 2 cars, they should have checked and double checked that all parts were on the cars.
Had a great experience here. West Herr did what another dealership said couldn’t happen. I’m very happy with my new Sorento. Thanks Steve!
