Hasan Razak helped my husband and I find a car that would fit our growing family! He was very attentive and friendly! He ran all around looking for different options for us! We had our 2 boys there with us (for 4 hours) and he was absolutely amazing with them!! I think I was more flustered having my kids there then he was. 😄 But in all it was a great experience and they worked hard to get me a great deal and I absolutley love my new mom car!! I had a great experience with West Herr Kia. Steve Kuczewski did not disappoint and helped me pick out exactly the car that I wanted. As a first time buyer this can be a stressful process but Steve made is stress free and was easily accessible if I had any questions. My sales lady Lindsay was amazing
I took my car in to get my brakes looked at because I haven’t had them done since I purchased the car and wanted to get them done before the winter (if they needed it). They told me my brake pads were at 2mm and wanted to charge me around $900 to replace them. I said no and took it somewhere else. Turns out my brake pads are fine and are less than 50% worn. So basically I paid $75 for them to look at my car and LIE to me. So glad I took it somewhere else.
Davonte Shannon was a pleasure to work with. He made the process easy. No high pressure sales, just polite, helpful & convenient.
This is my 4th car I have brought from this company and every experience was remarkable. Thank you West Herr for the great business. I will be back!!
