I went here with the intention of purchasing a vehicle. I test drove a vehicle I liked, only to find it had front end damage. They told me it was only "minor cosmetic," however, in today's day and age we all know any damage is expensive to repair- cosmetic or not. Second vehicle- went to check out at a different lot. The vehicle was marked 20,932 window sticker and then 24,932 online. The manager, Jason, said they would not honor the window sticker. I recently had one of the best experiences at West Herr Kia. My salesman Davonte Shannon was the absolute best. We all know how salesman try to get you for your every penny, but for Davonte's case he was the complete opposite. He was willing to work with everything you needed him to do and give you all the information needed. This guy wants you to get the best bang for buck and be as happy as you could with your purchase.
