I will never shop there again. I don't even want the car any more due to their lies. I bought the extra simonizing package, however what they told me is not what the contract says. How can you seal the paint on a car to guarantee against rust and then deliver a new car with visible paint missing and refusing to cover the part without paint. How can you miss that? I don't believe they simonized the car. I will never recommend them to anyone!
I want to give a shout out to Shawn Slammon and Steven Kuszewski for working with me and selling me my Kia Sportage ex at a great price! They both have since contacted me to make sure everything was still good which I really appreciate. Any question I text them they answer right away and that means the world! I highly recommend west herr of orchard park I had a very pleasant experience . Thank u again! I love love love my new SUV and it drives so nice!
We leased a couple vehicles for our business and also purchased an SUV for personal use. Tony and Chuck were great to work with. Helpful and patient every step of the way. Would definitely recommend West Herr Kia!
