It's been a month since I got my car, and I would like to thank Rob Moore and Elizabeth Sheremeta for their professionalism and friendliness. They are both great at what they do. I'm now hooked on Kia.
I was not pumped on my first car buying experience years ago but Rob Moore helped make my next one such a better and more fun experience! In the end, I ended up with a Honda but Rob helped me literally the whole way and to the end where he set me up with everything I needed for west herr Honda in Lockport. Any question I had, he was always there to answer or did whatever he had to to find the answer, thanks Rob!
I was looking for the perfect one...all you ladies know what I mean. Last Saturday was the day. I walked into West Herr Kia and there he was Kyle Kluckhohn, he was the man that would change my life. Outstanding customer service from the start! My wife and I worked with Kyle Kluckhohn. We called Kyle on a Friday about 10 minutes to close. Kyle stayed about 45 minutes late to show us the vehicle and take it for a test drive. He was very helpful throughout the process and honest about our financing. Thank you to Kyle and the entire West Herr staff, you've made this a memorable and positive experience!!
