When I was looking at a car I sat down with Aron Wild. My car was evaluated I was given my final price on my 2018 Dodge Caravan after I said is that the best you can do after being quoted over 2500 than any of the other Dodge dealers for the exact same car, all of a sudden I was treated like crap being practically told I was a liar and the other pricing was wrong and the attitude. Awful service experience. I have waited two days now for a call from the service manager and nothing. I had an appointment, dropped my vehicle off. Took two hours to diagnose the problem, then two hours later still have not installed the needed part. Waited four hours then offered a rental. Explained I lived an hour away and was told it would only take 2-3 hours to fix so I decided to wait. Bobby, Ross,John Paul and mike were the guys I dealt with. I'd have to say, out of the other dealerships That I have spent days upon days, hours upon hours, they were by far the best! Not my first vehicle purchase so I can add them to the several years of experience I have looking. My first dodge!
