The service was great, Josh is an awesome service coordinator .. The only thing that bothers me is that for the second time I get my truck back with a big ding in it . Yes west herr made it right by giving us a rental and repainting the damage. I just really wish the techs took just a little more care in not damaging vehicles . I bring it to them clean and undamaged and i do a walk around prior to driving it off. The one tech even made fun of me bc i did a walk around before taking it . This was my first time using the service department here at West Herr Dodge. I have a 2011 Grand Cherokee and my check engine light was on. After taking it to theJeep dealership where I bought it (just down the road in Elma) several times the light kept coming back on. Went in 5 months ago with paperwork from anouther dealership asked to have my price based off those credit scores... Finace guy swore i wouldnt find a better deal (he was wroung). Took a lil over 5 months to return deposit and found out even tho i told them not to run my background they did anyway without my permision.
Amazing service all around. SO happy with my new vehicle. I was helped by Chris, Brittany and Curtis, all of whom took great care of me. Got a very excellent price on my new Jeep and a fair price for my trade in as well. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to all friends and family. It's a very polite and non pushy environment. Super happy and will definitely be returning here to purchase future Jeeps!
