Honestly had the best experience I've ever had at a dealership! From my salesperson Stephen James to the manager Ross Allen, they both took such a personal interest in making sure everything was perfect. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships before and dreaded every time I had to go, not anymore. I'm now the proud owner of a new Ram truck and a proud customer of West Herr Dodge!

Worst place for service!!!!!!I bought a used dodge ram there drove it for a week and it had a problem. they have now had it for two months said they were going to get us a different truck because they can't find the problem haven't heard from anybody in over two weeks we've been in a rental for 2 month now lost my business and everybody I knows..

We purchased our Dodge Dart about 2 years ago and its been such a wonderful experience from the beginning with Aaron Wild to the Service Dept to the Cashier. Even though "Ruby Red" was having some issue's which happens we had nothing but the best customer service from everyone there. So happy we stopped there in December 2012 just to check out car's and walking away with a beauty... Looking forward to doing business with Aaron again...
Just bought my 5th vehicle from this dealer in 4 years. I get bored easily... But every time I've bought from them, I've never had an issue. From the few times I've had to deal with service, same thing, never an issue. Nothing but great things to say from me. I'll be back soon!

Service Dept.at Dodge/Chrysler was terrible: I bought my jeep jk from West Herr and I took it in for one of my free inspections. I waited 2 hours for a scheduled inspection and when they were done they told me my brakes were in the yellow in the back and in the red up front, and would cost around $800 to replace. I left to have someone else do the brakes and come to find out from the other shop that my brakes were fine... "Maybe a little in the yellow at the worst, you're brakes are fine".
