Apparently this company is more concerned with their convenience than the customers. After receiving a recall notice about my brake system I called as instructed by the NHTSA to request that the parts be ready before I get there! I was told NO they would not order parts ahead of time and that their policy is that I must waste 2 days of my time!
Great buying experience...thank you to our sales lady Tawnya Gasiecki she even bought me a dozen roses for my Anniversary and when we walked in she was cleaning our new car in the show room because there was some dust on it lol
