Went there to look at used 2015 Ram. While taking it for a test drive my salesman said he would have them value my trade. I was gone for 10 to 15 minutes. Come back to find out they still hadn't looked at my truck. Not a big deal except I sat there another 5 minutes and nothing was being done and my salesman was to busy playing on his phone to care. So I asked for my keys and left. I guess they don't care if they waste your time. Extremely disappointed since I bought my current truck there new.
