I went to Triston when I injured my ankle. I am a competitive surfer who competes on the European series and he helped me massively getting back to full fitness over the course of the Summer. Best physiotherapist I have ever been to. The advice and help I received was very helpful, definitely going back to Triston with any other issues that I may experience.

Had a aching neck for months - booked in with Triston and had an assessment up at S7 - he reassured me it was nothing to worry about and he gave me a set of exercises via an app and although I wasn’t strictly following the exercises my neck is definitely better. Highly recommended

I had an issue with my achilles earlier this year, and soon after visiting and getting a proper diagnosis I was on my way to recovery. Triston diagnosed my issue with certainty, and prescribed me a rehabilitation program that progressed as I hit milestones.
