Extremely frustrating and unreliable. We stopped by at 12:00 PM to check pricing and specifically let the staff know we would be back later. When we returned just after 4:00 PM, they had already decided to close early with zero notice. Because of their unpredictable hours, they lost out on renting two jet skis, wasted our afternoon, and lost our business entirely. I will never go back. If you want dependable service, look elsewhere.
We rented a pontoon boat from West Hawk Marina for the first time, and we had such a great experience! I had rented kayaks from them several times before and always had a great experience, but this was our first time trying a motorized boat. Since we didn’t have boating certificates, they issued us temporary ones and patiently walked us through everything we needed to know to make sure we felt comfortable and safe on the water.
