Rudi is such a brilliant, empathetic physio. She’s seen me through pregnancy and postpartum and gives me realistic programmes I can fit into my life with 2 kids. She’s also great to chat to!
I saw Matt because of a very painful foot which has been giving me grief for around a month now. His expertise was very impressive as he carried out all the tests and I felt listened to and looked after in his care. I will recommend everyone to go and see him. He also taped my foot which is helping the healing process. My only negative is that I didn’t seen him sooner!!!!
I was suffering from lower back spasms and was seen by Rudi Barwis who was so lovely. She has a brilliant patient manner and puts you at ease, she was able to identify the issue and work with me to figure out a sustainable solution going forward. I felt very looked after, thank you!

This physio has changed my life. Inge is an amazing physio who is hands-on and helps you realise and appreciate what’s going wrong with your muscles and then helps you better them. After 5 years of failed physio attempts with hands-off online and just workout approaches, I finally found a place that really helped me overcome lots of chronic pain that has led me to be unable to walk at times.
