Love Dr. Mickler & his staff at the Eye Institute. My daughter has also had two surgeries here and we love the nurses.

Went to the gastrointestinal clinic. Dr. Zelig was very informative, friendly and eased my concerns about upcoming procedure. Nice office and friendly staff.
Worst customer service I've ever received! Doctor indicated I needed an MRI before return visit. Nothing scheduled 2+ weeks after visit. Called office several times in attempt to get resolved. Long wait, 15+minutes before I heard a human voice. Received a different reason/excuse every time I called as to why my MRI wasn't scheduled. Just gave me the feeling no one really cared or was accountable! Really, really, really bad service.
Went to Priority care, instead of ER, very nice staff and PA really cared :)
Unbelievable that you wait 3+ hours to be seen in the Ortho office. They never apologize or offer any explanation. Twice this has happened and if it wasn’t a post op apt, I would have left both times. Staff is cold and uncaring. Would not recommend this office to anyone.
