RecommendedAlthough all surgeries are tough to go thru, my wife and I had the best experience ever with West Florida Hospital. Everyone was professional in everything they did!! Great job!!
Great experience! Having to change Doctors is normally stressful but I didn’t feel that way at all today. Seen the doctor, 4 ultrasounds, 4 x-ray’s and Lab all in one visit was awesome!!! Everyone was very professional and helpful.
The staff collects copay for annual visits even though annual visits have no copay. When you ask for the money back, they give you such a hard time. July 1 was my son’s appointment and I had instructed him not to give copay even if they ask but he did because they asked. Today is September 7th, I still have not received it. I was given crazy excuses and then lied to by saying it was mailed. This happened to us last year as well (which was our first year). The standard answer is “let me check and get back to you”. I like my doctor, Dr. Vandenberg and the staff are nice 😊
No waiting , friendly people, get all test and labs on site, plenty of doctors for each case/problem
I have several Drs. that I see here that are very knowledgeable and caring Drs. The only bad thing is their parking lots but they do thankfully have a cart that will pick you up at your car
with my mom we r now on the way home the Dr cut 3 place out
Not enough care about patients. I have tried to contact the "nurse" for Dr. Adam Holdt's office for two days in a row to try to get a prescription through my pharmacy with no success. This "nurse" does not listen to or forward messages, it seems. Customer service needs much improvement.
