I had orthopedic surgery done on my fx femur and got a staff infection that almost killed me.
Called to go into office or for tele apt! ( I have been a patient for 7 years) Was told they couldn’t see me due to my low grade temp! Told them I think it’s a sinus infection. I asked if they could call in antibiotics. I was told they needed to see me before they could call in anabiotic’s, but they couldn’t see me! When I ask the medical assistant what I should do she just said I don’t know what to tell you! Not acceptable in my book! I will not be going back and neither will any member of my family!!!!!
Caring doctors, quick to respond when your recuperating from your surgery. Kudos to Dr. Dewey and Michael his PA, kudos going out to their staff, prompt, courteous and caring
Caring staff and doctors and they treat you as a human being.
Best place I’ve ever had the honor of working! They treat each of us like family and do all they can to make going to work everyday enjoyable! The doctors and coworkers are amazing and always there to help one another in any way possible 💜💜 did I mention their orthopaedic team is fantastic!
