The staff is super friendly & helpful. You are called in on your appointment time & don’t have to wait forever. The waiting rooms are warm & inviting & the doctors are really professional & caring! I would recommend the ENT Center at the Medical Center Clinic to everyone!!
This is one of the worst places to come to!! If you value your health do not expect these people to care about you. Stay away from the medical center clinic!!! They will Fire you as a patient just because their staff is incompetent and leave you with unanswered questions.
Been going for years and never had any problems with anything they always have been very good to me.
They have one of the most antiquated IT systems for contacting doctor's offices that I have ever seen; this is through the "Patient Portal" on their website. Finding the correct place to send the message is not user friendly. The doctor's offices either don't get the messages or just ignore them. In what should be a more convenient system for all involved, you usually end up having to call and leave a message.
We really liked my wife's new doctor he took time going through and explained everything to us. He figured out what was wrong with her stomach.
Great PT department. Very competent and professional.
Refused to triage a new patient that can’t work and can barely use their hands. Had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment. Called the day before to confirm they would still be open for the appointment. Didn’t even call patients to let them know they changed their minds and closed for the storm.
I really like the doctors and staff at the Medical Center Clinic. At the Eye Institute, Dr. Micklar and his staff are wonderful. Today's visit was at the Orthopedic offices. Their staff were all polite and attentive as well.
