You can't assume that everyone knows how to use an ipad. Therefore someone should be assigned to watch if someone is struggling while signing in at the quest lab. I saw an elderly lady struggling, but it was because she didn't put in 04 for the month. She just put 4 and it kept rejecting her input. She was so disappointed
Dr. Frost excised my melanoma. He and his nurse, Cathy, are true professionals and can make you feel comfortable in the most unpleasant of circumstances. They were very patient and kind. They were also very thorough with their communications before, during, and after the procedure. I was called back as soon as I arrived. I can't thank them enough for taking such extraordinary care of me. They treated me like family and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Frost.
Dr Kevin Jones is five star all the way. My husband and I appreciate his professionalism and skills that we encounter at every visit. We are blessed to have Dr Jones as our doctor!

I had an appointment with Dr. Mastaw. I was scheduled to get a shot. Dr. Mastaw suggested another procedure. I left with nothing done for me and received an outpatient Bill for $215.00. Really! I called and spoke with Erica and she would not adjust the bill. Kinda expensive for a 5 minute visit just to consult.

The parking at this medical center is absolutely horrific! Why can't you build some parking garages to make it more convenient for patients and employees!
