Lauren is awesome!! I have been to quite a few salons all over the country, and Lauren is definitely one of the best stylists around and West End is by far the best salon in Rochester! I got a cut, style, and highlights and am so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this salon and definitely Lauren if you are looking for an awesome experience and a beautiful hairstyle!
Awesome Salon! I am very picky about who I let touch this head and my stylist Kim was amazing! Knowledgeable, personable, and highly skilled at a great price... A home-run in my opinion!

Great place with talented professional stylists! This will be my steady place! A plus also for the pleasant, contemporary and sleek interior. Stuff like that matters to me! :)
Great place - super friendly & accommodating. Lauren was amazing to work with I would definitely recommend her to anyone!! Both owners were there and went above and beyond to accommodate me as a walk in. Prices are super reasonable as well.
Great atmosphere, amazing look to how they designed the salon. All staff was friendly and kind (not in a fake way either). I will defiantly be going back to this salon!
