I have been here a few times before and raved about this place. But, a few days ago changed my mind. I walked in and the receptionist was very rude and looked at me like I was stupid for not knowing where to park.Then I think the owner Kimberly, did my hair.I had a color scheduled. I said I wanted RED I got a color that looks close to my natural hair. ��Very rude and I was charged for a cut AND color when it was a trim and a snip on my bangs.I've had my hair trimmed before here with my color and NOT charged. I went to Kim for a color fix and cut. I was a little stressed out about it. She did an amazing job getting my hair the way I wanted it to be. The salon is sleek and clean and everyone there is helpful and friendly. I will be going back!! Thanks for getting ME back Kim!!
I called West End Salon today extremely upset about my hair color that washed out one day later from another salon. They were able to get me in right away and the service was beyond excellent! Heather did amazing on my hair and was very caring about my situation. The atmosphere was very calming and location was perfect!! Thank you West End Salon and Spa! I can't wait to come back!
I have used the same stylist for 10 years, then moved and was so nervous to try someone new. Kat was my stylist this afternoon at the West End Salon, and wow. She is fantastic. She took great care to find out exactly what I wanted, and I absolutely love my cut. A very classy, professional salon with a GREAT talented staff. Thank you!

In Rochester for a doctors appointment and decided to treat myself. I've been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years, owning my own salon for 9 years, in a small town 5 hours from here. Kat was my stylist. I can't say enough good things about her. Amazing personality, incredibly talented and best shampoo massage I've ever had. The cut she did was perfectly done (and I am picky).
