I flew in from Baltimore to visit my sister and found this salon online. Cole was awesome and really cool to talk to! He did full highlights and a cut and blow dry and it looks amazing! I also mentioned that I needed my eyebrows waxed and he did those too! The salon is well designed, which was a very nice touch to the wonderful customer service. If you need to have your hair done in Rochester, go here. You will not regret it. If I could fly in just to have my hair done I would!
I had my hair cut by Cole and it was an amazing experience. He really knows what he is doing. I was very satisfied with the cut and also the products that he recommended. I would highly recommend the salon and Cole.
If I could give more stars, I would. I had an amazing experience today! I was a little apprehensive because I've never been here before, but my mom raves about this place so I thought I would try it out. Cole did my hair (full foil with a smudge root) and I AM OBSESSED. Cole will make you laugh and make you feel beautiful. He is intuitive to what you want even if you don't know how to explain it. The salon itself was immaculate. Clean, friendly, comfortable. I will most definitely be coming back!
Even though my stylist was ill for our appointment, I was moved to another stylist at the same time I was originally scheduled! You can tell the owners truly care about customer satisfaction! I love my hair!
