CLEAN. FRIENDLY. PROFESSIONAL. Those are the 3 top things that came to my mind throughout my experience here. I went in for a kind of difficult request as far as coloring goes. The staff was polite, quick and attentive. My stylist was Lexie. She was amazing!! She was thorough, educated and polite. She made sure I received what I paid for! So I went to West End right after I got out of a different hairstyle salon. The first haircut I received somewhere else was not done well whatsoever. It was a hair emergency. So I looked up West End and told them everything and they got me in in less than an hour. I had Amiee and she was wonderful, absolutely wonderful. If I could give this place and her 12/10 on here I would. She made my terrible hair cut from one place into a beautiful new haircut in less than an hour! I met stylist Aimee, at the salon last week. She was so accommodating to fit me into her busy schedule. She took time for a free consultation and I love the end result. Everyone was welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. The price was good too. I highly recommend you try it out for yourself. I’m glad I did.
